  • Once your subscription is confirmed, we process your order. 

  • Regardless of when your payment occurs, all orders are shipped out during the first week of the month.

  • If you have purchased your subscription after the 15th of the month, your first order will reach you the following month.

 

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is included in the subscription price.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • We use reliable third-party postal services to ship your package. Shipping times may vary based on your location:

    • UK: Typically 3-5 business days.

    • International: Shipping times can range from 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination country.

  • Please keep in mind that shipping delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak times or due to customs processing.

 

4. Potential Shipping Delays & Service Interruptions

  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates. While we do our best to get your package to you on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

  • Service Interruptions: There may be occasional disruptions in postal services, especially during holidays or unexpected events (e.g., strikes, global pandemics). If there are significant disruptions, we will notify you of any delays to your order.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for any delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.
