Refund Policy
We hope that each Delivered package blesses and encourages you right on time. Every item is prayerfully prepared with care and intention, but we understand that sometimes things happen.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products — especially as many are made-to-order or seasonal — we do not offer refunds or returns once a package has been shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Lost or Missing Mail
If your Delivered letter hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us and we’ll work with you to investigate the issue. While we can’t control postal delays, we do want to ensure every subscriber receives what they signed up for.

Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the following month.
